St. Cloud is the best place to live if you are not somebody with a developmental disability. Other than that I would highly suggest you live somewhere else. The St. Cloud area is a very conservative area. That being said it is extremely hard for people with developmental disabilities to find work or even to get into college. I should know I've grown up in the St. Cloud area and I am somebody with a developmental disability. I have had a lot of very hard times finding work here in the area because of people in this community perceptively discriminating against saying very disrespectful and inappropriate things about me. So, if your somebody with a developmental disability take my advice and don't live in the St. Cloud area. Go somewhere else.
